Tip 1: Know your goal
Be clear about the goal of your presentation. At first, make a document for demo.
Tip 2: Hide details from your presentation
Try to shorten your topics details. Remember one thing:
"If you try and tell them everything, they wont remember anything".
Tips 3: Avoid background graphics
Always try to color background like white or ash which may be good to see and low contrast for eyes. Do not color high contrast color like yellow or full black, if your teacher is senior aged, he/she does not like it.
Tips 4: Do not mix front color and back color
Use front color and background color such as front color must be looked nice and readable easily. for an example, use front color black when using white background, do not use front color as light like yellow, pink or something bright color for white background.
Tip 5: Use bigger font
Always use bigger font and it must be clear font like ms sans sarif. Do not use any small or handwriting or stylish font which may create problem to read. Use bold for headline font.
Tip 6: Use nice and clear graphics
Try to draw graphics for your topics which may help to explain your contents easily. But remember, avoid complex graphics and unnecessary graphics which is not related to your point.
Tip 7: Avoid animation and templates
Use normal slide and avoid unnecessary animation in your presentation. Use animation which must be needed to understand your contents clearly. Always try to make your templates by own and avoid using created templates which may not suite for your presentation contents and category.
